06 November 2025
Dun & Bradstreet Corporation introduced D&B.AI ™ - it is a set of services designed to help companies create and deploy agents based on generative artificial intelligence.
According to the company's press release, AI can be used to automate a number of corporate processes and relies on high-quality D&B data, the global identifier of DUNS legal entities.
The services platform includes:
ChatD&B is an interface for local language prompts for users.
Specialy developed D&B.AI Agents – a set of agents adapted for various workflows: credit risk management, supplier assessment, sales and marketing, compliance with regulatory requirements.
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a server for standardized access to data and feedbacks specifically adapted for use by AI models.
Agent-to-Agent (A2A) creates capabilities for agent-to-agent (A2A) interaction and is based on Google's open source platform. The service includes D&B.AI Match Agent, which provides the D-U-N-S number for multi-agent workflows and thereby ensures the integration of various corporate systems and data verification.
"With the help of D&B.AI, we combine verified company data with tools for working with this data, which will allow AI agents to plan, reason, and act correctly," said Steve Tulenko, CEO of Dun & Bradstreet. "This is a pivotal moment for us: the capabilities of D&B are now becoming a platform that both employees and AI agents of our customers can rely on in their work."
The Dun & Bradstreet cloud database that the D&B.AI platform relies on contains information about more than 600 million companies in more than 200 countries around the world.
